Avocado and feta toast is a simple, light nutritious meal. Prepare using Rogliano’s Authentic Dressing. Try it for breakfast or for an anytime snack.
Ingredients
  • 2-4 Pieces of Bread
  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • Sliced Tomato
  • Thinly sliced Cucumber
  • Feta Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Roglianos Italian Dressing
Instructions
  1. Toast bread
  2. In a small bowl mash avocado and feta cheese until creamy. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Salt and Pepper to taste, stir.
  3. Spread avocado mixture onto 2-4 pieces of toast.
  4. Top avocado with sliced tomato and sliced cucumber.
  5. Sprinkle with feta cheese and drizzle with Roglianos Italian Dressing.
