Avocado & Feta Toast

Avocado and feta toast is a simple, light nutritious meal. Prepare using Rogliano’s Authentic Dressing. Try it for breakfast or for an anytime snack.
- 2-4 Pieces of Bread
- 1 Ripe Avocado
- Sliced Tomato
- Thinly sliced Cucumber
- Feta Cheese
- Salt and Pepper
- Garlic Powder
- Roglianos Italian Dressing
- Toast bread
- In a small bowl mash avocado and feta cheese until creamy. Sprinkle with garlic powder and Salt and Pepper to taste, stir.
- Spread avocado mixture onto 2-4 pieces of toast.
- Top avocado with sliced tomato and sliced cucumber.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese and drizzle with Roglianos Italian Dressing.
