This is an easy recipe but this sandwich turns out so much better when it's basted with Rogliano's instead of butter or oil. The spicy dressing adds the right "zing!" of flavor.

  • one loaf thick-cut sourdough bread - 12 slices
  • 12 slices salami
  • 12 slices ham
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • One head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 bottle of Roglianos
Instructions
  1. Brush Rogliano's on each side of 12 slices of bread
  2. layer meats and cheeses, making 6 sandwiches
  3. Heat in the panini press
  4. Add lettuce just before serving
