- Cook the pasta according to package directions.12 ounce box tri-color rotini

- Add cucumber, tomatoes, and olives.1 large cucumber, 1/2 package grape tomatoes, 1 can black olives
- Toss with additional dressing to taste.1/2 bottle, plus more to taste Rogliano's Authentic Italian Dressing
- Add pepperoni, cheese, or extra vegetables if desired.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
Notes
Best texture tip: Cook, drain, and chill the pasta completely before adding the full amount of dressing. Cold pasta keeps the dressing on the surface instead of letting it soak in.
Event prep option: For parties, cook and chill the pasta ahead of time, keep the vegetables cold, and toss everything with the final dressing shortly before the event starts. The salad stays fresher, brighter, and glossier.
Pepperoni, cheese, and additional vegetables are optional add-ins.
