Gather your people. Share a little Halloween magic.
From our family kitchen
A bowl with a little
hocus-pocus.
Your favorite pasta salad, dressed for Halloween. A few mozzarella-and-olive eyes make it party-ready.

Authentic Italian
Rogliano’s
Monster Pasta Salad
A family pasta salad with crisp vegetables, mozzarella-and-olive eyes, and Rogliano’s Authentic Italian dressing.
Gather your ingredients
Into the mixing bowl
- 1 (12-ounce) box tri-color rotini
- 1 large English cucumber, cut into bite-size chunks
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (6-ounce) can pitted black olives, drained
- ¾ cup Rogliano’s Authentic Italian Dressing, divided, plus more as needed
- 1 cup mozzarella pearls or small mozzarella balls, for the Halloween eyes
- Optional: 4 ounces sliced pepperoni, quartered
Keep the dressing light and golden. The magic is in the flavor—and a few playful olive eyes.
A simple little spell
Toss. Chill. Share.
- Cook the rotini in salted water until al dente, following the package directions. Drain, briefly rinse under cool water, and shake dry.
- Toss the pasta with ¼ cup dressing. Slice a few olives into thin rings for the eyes; halve the rest.
- Fold in the cucumber, tomatoes, halved olives, and optional pepperoni. Add the remaining ½ cup dressing and toss gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, drain and pat the mozzarella dry. Use a flat side, or halve a few balls, and press an olive ring onto each.
- Toss the chilled salad again, adding a little more dressing if needed. Nestle the mozzarella eyes on top just before serving. Keep refrigerated until you’re ready to share.
Keep the magic chilled. Refrigerate until serving. Optional pepperoni turns this into a heartier salad.
A potion to give
Shake. Pour.
Enjoy the magic.
Bring a little family tradition to your Halloween host. Tie on a rustic Family Potion tag and share a bottle of Rogliano’s.
Punch a small hole in the cream end of the tag, thread it with twine or ribbon, and tie it loosely around the bottle neck. Keep the cap free to open.
Print three long tags per sheet, then cut around the parchment edge and punch the marked circle.

October’s friendly little guest
Wrap up a little fun.
A scrap of gauze, two googly eyes, and a bottle ready for the party. The mummy is an easy craft to make together.
Wrap a removable gauze band around the neck, attach the eyes to the gauze, and finish with a small band near the base. Leave the label and cap uncovered.
