Return and Refund Policy

Because Rogliano’s sells food products, shipped or opened food items are generally not returnable unless they arrive damaged, incorrect, defective, or a return or refund is required by law.
If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Us page or at [email protected]. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when relevant.
We review each request and may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, store credit, or another reasonable resolution depending on the product, issue, timing, and available information.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. Your bank, card issuer, or payment processor controls how long the refund takes to appear after it is submitted.
