Rogliano’s ships eligible food products to available United States destinations. Available destinations, carriers, and delivery estimates may vary by product, destination, season, and carrier service.
Orders are packed for the product type and are normally prepared within 2-5 business days after payment is received. Some specialty, market, or production-day items may require additional preparation time, and we will contact you if an order needs extra handling before shipment.
When tracking is available, tracking information is sent to the customer after the shipment is prepared. Delivery dates shown by a carrier are estimates and may change because of weather, address issues, carrier delays, or other events outside Rogliano’s control.
Please inspect shipments when they arrive. For damaged, missing, delayed, or incorrect shipments, use our Contact Us page or email [email protected] with your order number and photos of the package or product when relevant.
