Connect or Reconnect QBO Accounting Assistant

This page supports the private Rogliano’s QBO Accounting Assistant connection workflow. Authorized Rogliano’s users connect QuickBooks Online through Intuit OAuth, then store the resulting app credentials locally using Windows DPAPI on the approved business computer.

To connect or reconnect, use the Intuit authorization flow for the Rogliano’s app, then run the local setup script in the Rogliano’s Operations Hub. Do not paste OAuth tokens, client secrets, account numbers, or accounting exports into email, chat, public pages, or screenshots.

After connection, the assistant can refresh read-only QuickBooks Online data and build local reconciliation review files. QBO write proposals remain disabled unless explicitly reviewed and approved.
