QBO Accounting Assistant End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement applies to the Rogliano’s QBO Accounting Assistant, a private internal tool used by Rogliano’s to support QuickBooks Online reporting, reconciliation preparation, accounting review queues, mapping suggestions, and event invoice draft workflows.

Authorized Use

The application is intended only for authorized Rogliano’s owners, employees, contractors, accountants, bookkeepers, and administrators who have permission to access Rogliano’s accounting systems. It is not a public consumer application.

License

Rogliano’s grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the application solely for Rogliano’s business operations and accounting review. No rights are granted for resale, public redistribution, reverse engineering, or use with any business other than Rogliano’s without written permission.

Review-Gated Accounting Workflow

The application may import statement exports, read QuickBooks Online accounting data, suggest categories, identify duplicate or missing items, and prepare draft invoices or other proposed accounting actions. Suggestions and proposals are not final accounting decisions. Authorized users remain responsible for reviewing the information before entering, approving, sending, posting, reconciling, or relying on any accounting record.

The application is an operational aid and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, or financial advice. Users should consult qualified professionals when needed.

User Responsibilities

  • Use the application only with accounts and data you are authorized to access.
  • Protect passwords, OAuth tokens, exported statements, customer data, vendor data, and accounting records.
  • Review suggested mappings, reconciliation matches, invoice drafts, payment links, and write proposals before approval.
  • Do not use the application to commit fraud, hide transactions, bypass controls, or violate laws or platform terms.

QuickBooks Online and Third-Party Services

The application may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit APIs and may later import exports from payment processors or related business systems. Those third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Rogliano’s does not control those services.

Availability and Accuracy

The application is provided for internal use as available. Rogliano’s does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect matching, complete data, or error-free suggestions. Users must verify results against source records and QuickBooks Online.

Termination

Access may be suspended or revoked at any time if authorization changes, if credentials are at risk, or if use is inconsistent with this agreement or Rogliano’s business controls.
