Italian Sausage Ball

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • ¾ tsp Fennel
  • ½ cup Rogliano's Italian Dressing
  • ¼ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated Romano cheese
  • a few shakes of black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and knead thoroughly.
  2. Shape into small balls and place onto cookie sheet. Approx 24.
  3. bake at 350 for 25 minutes
  4. remove with spatula

This simple pasta salad using Rogliano's dressing is delightful for any family gathering.

Ingredients
  • 12 Ounce Box of Tri-Color Rotini
  • 1 Large Cucumber, Cut into Chunks
  • ½ Package of Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 Can Black Olives
  • Rogliano’s Authentic Italian Dressing (Start with ½ bottle and use more if desired)
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to directions. Add a little dressing to keep it from sticking. Allow pasta to cool.
  2. Add cucumbers, tomatoes and olives. Toss with dressing and enjoy.
  3. *You can also add pepperoni, cheese and additional vegetables.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers.

Baked Broccoli
Quick and healthy snack or side. Baked Broccoli basted in Rogliano's is fantastic.

Ingredients
  • I bunch of broccoli
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of Rogliano’s Authentic Italian Dressing
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 425 Degrees.
  2. Cut broccoli florets and place them in a ziplock bag. Add the Rogliano’s Authentic Italian Dressing. Shake the bag until all broccoli is covered.
  3. Place on a foil lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
