Tomato Mozzarella Salad
This is my favorite way to use Roglianos. It makes a great lunch or side dish.

Ingredients
  • 3 Medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
  • Roglianos Dressing to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  2. Serve. You can add more or less cheese and as much dressing as you would like.

Rogliano's Marinated Chicken
Simple and Spectacular Marinated Chicken

Ingredients
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup Rogliano's Authentic Italian dressing
  • ⅓ cup canola oil
Instructions
  1. To Marinate: Place chicken in a nonporous glass dish or bowl. Poke several holes in breasts with a fork; cover with Rogliano's Authentic Italian dressing. Toss to coat, cover dish and refrigerate to marinate for 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade (discarding of any remaining marinade) and saute in skillet for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and juices run clear.
