Marinated Shrimp wrapped in cedar planks using Rogliano's Authentic Italian Dressing


Cedar Wrapped Rogliano's Italian Shrimp Kabobs

  • 1 lb raw shrimp (50-60 per lb)
  • Rogliano's Italian Dressing
  • Chopped Italian Parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  • Skewers
  • Cedar Wrap
  • String
  1. Peel the raw shrimp, leaving the tail on.
  2. Put in bowl, cover with Rogliano's Dressing, stir and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Preheat grill medium high heat
  4. Soak the cedar, skewers and string in water for 15-30 minutes
  5. The next day assemble the skewers 5-6 shrimp per skewer.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Use the rest of the marinade, brushing it on the shrimp.
  8. Drizzle some parsley on the shrimp
  9. Wrap skewers in Cedar, tie with string.
  10. Cook on indirect medium high heat - 6-8 minutes.Peek in one end, when the shrimp changes color it's done.
  11. Unwrap, serve with a rice side dish
  12. Enjoy!!

Rogliano's Crock Pot Chicken and Potatoes

Simple and delicious slow cooker recipe for chicken and Rogliano's Authentic Italian Dressing.

  • 5 Large Chicken Breasts
  • 6 Medium Russett Potatoes
  • ¾ cup Roglianos Authentic Dressing
  • ¾ cup Chicken Broth (optional)
  • Parmessan Cheese
  1. Place all ingredients in Crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours. Top with parmessan Cheese, and remaining juice from crock pot. Serve with any vegetable

Tomato Mozzarella Salad
This is my favorite way to use Roglianos. It makes a great lunch or side dish.

  • 3 Medium Tomatoes, diced
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese, cubed
  • Roglianos Dressing to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
  2. Serve. You can add more or less cheese and as much dressing as you would like.
